Berube, P.E. To Vice President"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pare Corporation, a leading multi-disciplinary engineering and planning firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Gregory N. Berube, P.E. to Vice President in the Transportation Division<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berube joined Pare Corporation as a Project Engineer in 2010 with 18 years of structural engineering experience. In 2017, he was promoted to Managing Engineer in Pare&#8217;s Bridge Group where he has focused on business development and project management\/design with MassDOT and Massachusetts municipalities. Over his career he has worked on some very significant bridge structures in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, serving as the Project Engineer for the Sakonnet River Bridge on Route 24 in Portsmouth\/Tiverton, RI.; the Pawtucket River Bridge on I-95 in Pawtucket, RI.; and the Roosevelt Avenue Bridge over the CSX Main Line in Springfield, MA. He is currently serving as the Project Manager for the Maffa Way &amp; Mystic Avenue Bridges over Pan Am Railways and the MBTA&#8217;s Orange Line and Commuter Rail tracks in Boston\/Somerville, MA. His professional experience includes the inspection, analysis, design, detailing, and construction administration for both new structures and rehabilitation of existing facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berube holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil &amp; Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. In addition to being a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, he is a Baystate Roads Scholar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John Shevlin, Senior Vice President and Transportation Division Manager, said of Berube&#8217;s promotion, &#8220;In addition to his acknowledged structural bridge design experience and capabilities, Greg has demonstrated strong team leadership and is a trusted mentor and advisor to rising professionals.
