Recently, representatives from the Narragansett Bay Commission, Stantec and Pare met with the Providence Business News to share the impact NBC’s Phase III CSO Program is having on the water quality of Narragansett Bay. Pare has worked with the Narragansett Bay Commission since the mid-1990s including NBC’s previous phases of CSO abatement projects.
