Pare also performed structural engineering, geotechnical engineering and transportation engineering services. Tasks included evaluation of off-site impacts to adjacent roadways; site design including drainage, utilities, sanitary sewer, water distribution, driveway and parking lot layout; design of exterior play space; environmental permitting; and construction services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pare performed environmental review and investigation work on a parallel track to our design, engineering, and permitting services. Pare was responsible for performing an environmental due diligence prior to construction, implementing a site investigation program during construction, and developing a remedial action work plan to bring the site into compliance with the State\u2019s Site Remediation.
