Since then, Pare\u2019s building structures group has grown significantly under his leadership. He has been responsible for designing horizontal and vertical structures, conducting structural condition assessments, preparing building demolition contracts, and formulating cost estimates. Mike now brings his vast project and managerial experience to his role as Senior Vice President and Manager of Pare\u2019s Civil\/Structural Division.
