Pare provided site\/civil engineering, stormwater design, environmental site assessments, and geotechnical services as a subconsultant to Mesolella Development Corporation. Rosebrook Commons consists of 23,000 SF of commercial space and 144 housing units including mixed affordable housing units. This project aims at revitalizing Middletown&#8217;s commercial environment and addressing affordable housing, with at least 51 units that meet the state definition of affordable housing.
