Mr. Hayward\u2019s experience includes the design, construction, startup, and operation of advanced, onsite treatment systems in residential, commercial, and municipal applications. He has also performed numerous investigations and monitoring of hazardous-waste sites contaminated with metals, PCBs, solvents, and petroleum oils.
