Using \u2018Complete Streets\u2019 elements, Pare\u2019s design significantly improved the circulation and safety of vehicles, bicyclists and pedestrians in this busy commercial district. The stormwater treatment design, which includes 18 bioretention curb inlet planters, provides a low-impact development technique for treatment and infiltration at the source within limited right-of-way conditions, while beautifying a business district with much desired landscaping.
