Pare Corporation was a member of the Project Team selected in 2009 to update the Campus Master Plan. As a member of the team led by Saratoga Associates, Pare provided civil, structural, and traffic\/ transportation engineering services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first RIC master plan was completed in 1999. An update every decade is needed to identify and resolve competing needs for land and buildings, as well as to receive recommendations for the highest and best use of limited space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Structural engineers from Pare performed evaluations of 32 buildings on the campus and provided brief descriptions and prioritized recommendations for each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pare catalogued and mapped all parking spaces on the campus, as well as circulation patterns and pavement conditions.
