Pare provides construction observation and administration services for all types of engineering projects undertaken by the firm, including civil, structural, marine, recreation, transportation, and environmental improvement projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Pare maintains an experienced staff of engineers and full-time resident observers to observe and inspect all phases of major construction activities and to assist in the bidding process.
