Pare&#8217;s investigation involved collecting and analyzing data from numerous sources, conducting field inspections of the four sites, and preparing Conceptual Development Plans. Pare ranked the development potential of the four sites and presented the findings to the Town for final site selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Town then selected an architectural design team\u2014for which Pare was the primary engineer\u2014to design the project. Pare was responsible for comprehensive site design for a new 135,000-SF middle school, as well as all structural and geotechnical engineering services associated with the building.
