This required close coordination with the other project professionals, including the project architects, landscape architects, and legal consul. The services included engaging and tasking the project surveyor and soil scientist; analysis of the receiving sanitary sewer and pump station; developing conceptual site layouts in conjunction with the project architect; preparing cost estimates; assisting the project attorney with addressing zoning issues and regulation changes; and preparing and presenting plans to the land-use commissioners.
