Rosebrook Commons Topping-off Ceremony

Several Pare employees attended the topping off ceremony for Rosebrook Commons in Middletown, RI. Pare provided site/civil engineering, stormwater design, environmental site assessments, and geotechnical services as a subconsultant to Mesolella Development Corporation. Rosebrook Commons consists of 23,000 SF of commercial space and 144 housing units including mixed affordable housing units. This project aims at revitalizing Middletown’s commercial environment and addressing affordable housing, with at least 51 units that meet the state definition of affordable housing. Pare is proud to have been a part of this project and looks forward to seeing its completion!

Johnston Elementary School Topping-off Ceremony

Members of the Pare team (Aaron Meyers and Matthew Alford, PE) attended another topping off ceremony last week, this time for the new Johnston Elementary School. The Town of Johnston approved a bond in 2022 to consolidate four elementary schools into one combined facility, which is expected to open in time for the 2026-2027 school year. Pare worked alongside The S/L/A/M Collaborative (SLAM) and provided site/civil, geotechnical, environmental, traffic engineering, and permitting services for the new school. We look forward to seeing the construction progress!

Central Falls High School Topping-off Ceremony

Pare attended the topping off for the new Central Falls High School, working with the city to transform the future of education for the children of the city. Pare worked alongside Ai3 Architects, LLC and provided structural engineering, traffic assessments, and environmental permitting services. We are excited about the progress on this school and look forward to seeing more in the future!

East Providence Martin Middle School Topping-off Ceremony

Pare attended a topping off ceremony for the East Providence Martin Middle School. We are proud to have provided structural and civil engineering for the demolition of a large section for the existing school, renovation and retrofit of the remaining performing arts and gymnasium spaces, and construction of new two and three story academic and common space wings on the North, East and South sides of the existing school. We look forward to watching construction progress further!

Tidewater Landing

Pare is excited to assist the City of Pawtucket, RI in bringing the new Tidewater Landing stadium to the City. Larry Riggs, John Shevlin, and Walter Heller, P.E. signed the final beam at the topping off ceremony for the new RIFC home, which will open in 2025. We look forward to the completion of the stadium and the next phases of this transformational project. Go RIFC!

KCWA Topping Off Ceremony

Pare celebrated with the Kent County Water Authority, Vision 3 Architects, and Bentley Companies the construction of KCWA’s new office and maintenance facility with a topping off ceremony. Pare teamed up with Vision 3 and provided site/civil, structural, geotechnical, and construction observation services. As construction progresses, Pare is providing Owner’s Project Management (OPM) services to KCWA, including clerk of the works, construction contract administration, and construction observation. We look forward to celebrating the completion of the construction in the near future!

Lowell Elementary School Topping Off

We recently celebrated the construction of the Lowell Elementary school addition with a topping off ceremony! We are excited to have had the opportunity to work with Ai3 Architects, Watertown Public Schools, CTA Construction Managers, and Hill International on multiple elementary schools in the city. We are proud to be part of the effort to provide better educational facilities for young students! Pare provided structural engineering for the $38 million school renovation and addition. We look forward to seeing the finished school before the start of the 2023/2024 school year!
